Our exclusive commissary supports over 20 restaurants and 4 event facilities across East Tennessee, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness. This USDA-inspected facility serves as our butcher shop, bakery, and processing center, allowing us to provide our guests with premium meats and seafood, fresh breads, homemade desserts, signature sauces, and more.
